Customers subscribing to our highest level of support, HR Manager Platinum, will receive everything that the HR Manager Gold customers do, plus the following:

• Annual audit of personnel files

• Exit interviews

HR Manager Gold

As an HR Manager Gold customers, you will be supported by a dedicated HR manager who is assigned specifically to your business and available to you during all regular business hours.  Your dedicated HR Manager will monitor HR state & federal labor laws updates and keep you informed of any changes that will affect your business.  In addition, each customer will receive the following:

• Weekly HR Advocate newsletter emails
• Semi-annual HR assessment
• Quarterly and Yearly OSHA record keeping
• On-call HR consulting
• Discounted ID search for new employees
