In 2009 Karolynn founded Symmetry Consulting, LLC. Symmetry Consulting partners with its clients so can focus on their bottom line and business growth, while Symmetry manages their HR functions and ensures compliance with labor laws.
Prior to founding Symmetry Consulting, , Karolynn spent 15 years working for some the largest human resource consulting companies, providing advice to Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Coors, Target, and Ford Motor Company.
Karolynn splits here time between Colorado and Vancouver, Canada and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her two very active boys, travel and reading a good mystery.
Carli Seeba is one of Symmetry's lead HR Consultants and Small Business Advisor. She comes to Symmetry with several years of human resource and legal experience in both Florida and Colorado.
Carli received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and a juris doctor from Florida State University.
When Carli isn't out helping small businesses navigate their way through the challenges of employee issues, Carli can be found on her snow board cutting up the slopes or jumping out of airplanes and going sky diving.
Diane Newton comes to Symmetry with over 20 year's of consultative and in-house human resource experience. She has worked for AIG and in her consulting role has worked with multiple Fortune 500 and mid-sized and small business. Her passion is employee relations and training. Diane received her Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and has earned her SHPR accreditation. When not giving her valuable expertise to Symmetry Diane can be found on the youth soccer fields with her twin girls.
Amy Roepke brings to Symmetry over seven years of experience in Business Law, Human Resources and Tax. She specializes in guiding clients through federal and state regulatory compliance processes, and handling compliance audits when they arise. Through her audit and compliance work, she has saved clients thousands of dollars in fees and penalties. Amy also conducts comprehensive, tailored legal and business risk assessments for organizations of all sizes and in all industries.
Amy earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Seattle University, and her Law degree from Seattle University School of Law. She also holds the PHR and SHRM designations for Human Resource Professionals.
Amy lives in Colorado with her husband and son, where she enjoys relaxing with a good true crime novel or podcast, and spends her weekends cheering on her son's baseball team.

She possess a unique background that encompasses actual experience as a recruiter in a search firm environment (headhunter) as well as corporate (HR) experience. Christa holds a BA in English from Mesa State University and when not working with her clients can be found as she hikes and mountain bikes across the western Colorado trails.
